High-rib (PP) reinforced polyethylene spiral winding pipe is a newly developed all-plastic PP reinforced spiral winding pipe in the current market. The pipe is primarily made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), using an isosceles trapezoid-shaped, directionally curved PP profiled corrugated pipe as an auxiliary support structure. In the molten state, the high-density polyethylene encapsulates and fuses with the profiled corrugated pipe, simultaneously winding it around the outer wall of the molten high-density polyethylene main body pipe to create an all-plastic, high ring stiffness, flexible pipe. The pipe complies with both the GB/T19472.2-2017 Type C national standard and the T/GDC52-2020 group standard. The PP high-rib structure helps improve ring stiffness and stability while addressing the defect of stress concentration inside the winding pipe. It offers excellent welding effects and enhances the tensile strength of the reinforced seams. The pipe features a large external surface area, providing uniform compressive resistance. The company can produce pipes in specifications ranging from DN300 to DN3000 mm, with lengths of 6 meters and 9 meters.
